There may be a single room supplement for a single occupancy of a double room depending on time of year. £12.00 for children under the age of 12, provided they are sharing a room with two full paying adults.
We can accept telephone reservations with a credit ot debit card (Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, JBC), or if you prefer, we will hold accommodation for upto three working days to allow time for your deposit to arrive by post. (In this case, please make cheques made payable to ‘Durbeyfield Guest House’).
Rooms can be reserved with cheque deposit or guarantee card details. Please note that when settling your account, cheques can only be accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card and then only to a maximum guaranteed limit.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your reservation, we ask you to inform us at the earliest opportunity.Cancelation within a week of date booked- unless we can re - let the room on the same terms, any deposit paid cannot be refunded and an additional charge may be payable.
